The December, 2008 Luxury Single Watch List identifies 32 homes, including properties in Lely Resort, Fiddler’s Creek, Mediterra, Old Naples, and The Moorings, which are presently offered at discounts from 36% to 50% below their original asking price.

Five properties on the October, 2008 Coastal Highrise Watch List have subsequently closed at sale prices 41% to 55% below their original asking price. These sales occurred at The Colony, Vanderbilt Beach, Pelican Bay and Park Shore.
