We work on an exclusive, private basis, and only with Buyers.

We are exclusively a company of Buyer’s Agents in Naples, Florida. Our expertise and broad backgrounds are invaluable, as we possess a wide range of skills including: Acquisition, Financing, General Contracting, New Home Construction, Design, and Investment Analysis. These qualities converge to provide extraordinary service beyond the scope of most buyers’ agents. Our goal is to provide our clients with the most accurate and objective perspective as to a property’s value. To us, information is power. We are constantly striving for ways to work smarter, hence providing more power to our clients.

Our clients all have one thing in common. They are seeking a frank and unbiased approach to finding the right property for themselves. What kind of properties do we have experience with?
We have a wide range of experience over the past 30 years in both residential and commercial real estate. We utilize our expertise in general contracting, building, and design and are tenacious in finding the best resources in the marketplace to assist in achieving our client’s goals. Like any other brokerage, we have access to the thousands of listed MLS properties, but unlike most, we carefully evaluate FSBO properties (For Sale By Owner) as well as government-auctioned properties such as Sheriff Sale and Foreclosure Properties. We know these properties can represent real value to our clients.
