became a real estate agent shortly after moving to Naples with his wife in 2006. They have been property owners in Naples since 1998 and have enjoyed all the area has to offer.
Prior to moving to Naples, George was based in Atlanta working as a consultant to the healthcare/biotech industries. He has spent 17 years in sales and marketing for for pharmaceutical companies working in many different capacities in New England, New York, San Francisco and the Southeast.
George has a passion for golf and will truly enjoy working with his clients to assist them in finding their perfect piece of Southwest Florida paradise – whether on the golf course or Gulf coast or places in between.

Andrew Zabrycki, Naples, Florida RealtorAndrew G. Zabrycki joined Osborne & Company as a buyer’s representative after he and his wife moved to Naples in 2002. Following his retirement from a highly successful twenty-three year military career in 1990, he became the Managing Director of Walker’s Cay in the Bahamas.  There, he hosted guests such as President Richard Nixon, Jimmy Buffet, Greg Norman and Dale Earnhardt in his six years in that  position. After leaving the Bahamas, he spent two years traveling the world and visiting such places as Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, South American, the Middle East and Europe. Upon his return, he was involved in real estate sales in southeast and northwest Florida before relocating to Naples. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a Master’s Degree from Pepperdine University.

Since opening Osborne and Company in the summer of 1996, he has successfully completed transactions totaling more than $100 million in exclusive Naples, Bonita Springs & Estero neighborhoods.

What kind of properties do we have experience with?
We have a wide range of experience over the past 30 years in both residential and commercial real estate. We utilize our expertise in general contracting, building, and design and are tenacious in finding the best resources in the marketplace to assist in achieving our client’s goals.  Like any other brokerage, we have access to the thousands of listed MLS properties, but unlike most, we carefully evaluate FSBO properties (For Sale By Owner) as well as government-auctioned properties such as Sheriff Sale and Foreclosure Properties.  We know these properties can represent real value to our clients.
